ProperWeb provides an easy-to-use interface to manage listings, contacts and agents. Each user can be assigned to an agent, this way the user can only access the properties and contacts from this agent.

Not every estate agent is equal. This is why we offer three levels of customization when designing your website:

The Standard website is for designed for real estate agents new to the business and with low start up capital. This means that there is no initial spending and your website will be up and running within a few hours. You can upgrade to a template or custom website at any time.

Template websites are typically for agents who do not have the budget to engage a complete custom website design. Simply choose one the thousand website templates sold on the Internet and we will customize and integrate it according to your needs. The resulting website will still have all the search engine optimizations and features of our default package. This provides one of the most cost-effective and quick ways of creating your very own real estate website.

Custom websites are for estate agents who wish to remove themselves from the crowd. Many markets require a professional sophistication that can only be achieved with a custom design that matches your corporate identity and that your target audience remembers easily and favorably. By their very nature, custom websites are unique, each having individual design and functionality requirements.

Whatever type of website you choose, emphasis is given to very lean search engine friendly code and markup, properly formed URL structure, content accessibility, conversion and presentation.

Building websites in multiple languages comes with a variety of challenges. Translation is not the only important part of the process, there are many different details that have to be considered. Furthermore, websites have to be properly localized, not just translated. Localisation brings its own set of challenges.

ProperWeb includes a complete CMS to manage the content of your website. You'll be able to log-in to your website from anywhere and from any device and make changes, publish new content, operate a blog, upload pictures, etc..

If you have a multi-language website, all languages are managed from the same CMS; there is no need to log-in separately.

Use ProperWeb to export (syndicate) your listings to major real estate portals including Primelocation, Kyero, Enormo, Trulia, Yahoo, Google Base, Vast, Oodle, Propsmart and more. Syndicating your listings will increase the exposure of your properties, reaching more potential buyers and increasing traffic to your website. You can also export your listings to MLS or other agents via XML feeds.

Furthermore, you can import listings from MLS and other agents directly into your database, expanding your portfolio and redsitributing theses properties under your own branding.
