Can I customize my website?

Yes. You can use the built-in WYSIWYG (What You See Is What You Get) editor to edit or add pages and content. If you have knowledge of HTML and CSS you can also change all others aspects of your website.

How many languages does ProperWeb support?

ProperWeb supports an unlimited number of languages, including Chinese, Arabic and Russian.

How long does it take to have my website up and running?

A standard setup usually takes 1 business day. If your new website requires additional design or programming work, it may take longer.

How can I change the content on my website?

ProperWeb includes an easy to use and search engine friendly Content Management System (CMS), that allows you to edit existing pages and add new ones. The CMS includes a WYSIWYG (What You See Is What You Get) HTML editor and does not require any technical knowledge.


How can I add/upload my properties?

There are several different ways:

  • Manually via the administration interface
  • XML feeds
  • CSV import
  • RealtyWare property upload

Can I give other agents access to my property database so that they can list their properties?

Yes. With Properweb Professional you can create accounts for other agents, and they can directly add their listings to your database. Each agent will only have have access to his/her own listings.

Can I upload my properties to other websites and portals?

Yes. ProperWeb Professional includes real estate listing syndication. This means that you can make your properties available as XML feeds, so that other websites and portals can import and publish your properties.

Can I import properties from other websites or esate agents?

Yes, you can automatically import additional listings via XML feeds.

Do I have full access to my website?

Yes, you have complete access to all script and database files via FTP.

Do you provide support?

Of course we do! We provide complete support via email and phone in English, German and Spanish. You will always have direct contact with highly qualified people, very often the developers themselves.
