Yes. Additional fees may apply for email hosting and domain name registration.

Can I see a demo of ProperWeb?

Yes, we have created a demo website at www.spanishresidences.com. Please contact us if you wish to see the CMS administration, we'll send you the address and password.

Can I see some customer websites that use use ProperWeb?

Yes, please contact us and we will send you several links to websites that have been built with ProperWeb.

Can I customize my web site?

Yes. You can use the built-in WYSIWYG editor to edit or add pages. If you have knowledge of HTML you can also change all others aspects of your website

What technologies does ProperWeb use?

ProperWeb is built on Microsoft ASP.NET and programmed in C#. The database engine is SQLite or Microsoft SQL Server, depending on a number of factors, such as the size and traffic of the website.

What is RealtyWare and how does it relate to ProperWeb?

RealtyWare is a desktop CRM software for estate agents. It is only indirectly related to ProperWeb, as RealtyWare can "feed" the ProperWeb property database.

Who is behind ProperWeb?

Do you provide support?

Yes, we provide complete support via email and phone in English, Spanish and German. You will always have direct contact with highly qualified people, very often the developers themselves.

How many languages does ProperWeb support?

You can use as many languages as you want and create a multi-language website. The non-public website administration interface is only available in English.

How long does it take to have my website up and running?

A standard setup usually takes less than 3 business days. If your new website requires additional design or programming work, it may take several weeks.

Where will my website be hosted and what speed can I expect?

We currently have servers in data centers in Europe and United States with multiple 10 Gbit/s backbone connections. You will be able to choose the location that best suits your needs.

How can I change the content on my website?

ProperWeb includes an easy to use and search engine friendly Content Management System (CMS), that allows you to edit existing pages and add new ones. The CMS includes a WYSIWYG HTML editor and does not require any technical knowledge.

How can I upload my properties?

You can either use RealtyWare or import XML feeds.

Can I upload my properties to other websites and portals?

ProperWeb includes real estate listing syndication. This means that you can make your properties available as XML feeds, so that other websites and portals can import and publish your properties.

Can I import properties from other websites or esate agents?

Yes, you can automatically import additional listings via XML feeds.

Do I have full access to my website?

Yes, you have complete access to all script and database files via FTP.
